جلسة حوارية بعنوان #العدالة_الاجتماعية و التي تمت تييسرها من قبل المحامي #أ.علي_اسكان ، وبحضور نخبة من المحاميين و ممثلي المنظمات و الجمعيات المحلية في جو يسوده المحبة و التفاعل.

حيث تم التركيز على المحاور التالية :

# White Humanitarian Organization 

We extend our heartfelt greetings on the occasion of the **World Day of Social Justice**. 

On this occasion, and in recognition of the importance of social justice in fostering peace, social cohesion, economic and social stability, as well as its role in achieving equality and sustainable development, the **White Humanitarian Organization** held a **dialogue session** on **February 20, 2025 (Thursday)** titled #Social_Justice. 

The session was facilitated by **Attorney Ali Iskan** and attended by a distinguished group of lawyers, representatives of local organizations, and civil society associations in an atmosphere of engagement and mutual respect. 

The discussion focused on the following key topics: 

- The concept of social justice 

- Definition of social justice 

- Conditions for achieving social justice 

- The impact of social justice on social cohesion and peacebuilding 

- Factors contributing to the success of social justice in Syria 

- Challenges facing social justice in Syria 

- The role of women and civil society organizations in promoting social justice

نيكستيب ووايت الإنسانية يعرضان فيلماً بمناسبة اليوم الدولي للتعليم

احتفالاً باليوم الدولي للتعليم، نفّذت كل من منظمة نيكستيب ومنظمة وايت الإنسانية، فعاليةً تضمنت عرض فيلم، تبعه حلقة نقاش، بتاريخ 23/01/2025، في مكتب منظمة نيكستيب بمدينة قامشلي.

الفيلم الذي يحمل اسم (The first grader)، مستوحى من قصة حقيقية، لرجل ثمانيني من كينيا، قرر أن يتعلّم القراءة والكتابة، رغم التحديات التي واجهته طيلة حياته.

بعد انتهاء الفيلم، شارك الحضور في حلقة نقاش، تمحورت حول أهم العوائق التي تواجه العملية التعليمية في سوريا عموماً، والأهمية القصوى للاستثمار في التعليم، وضمان حق الجميع في التعلّم.

ومن ضمن التوصيات التي قدّمها المشاركون/ات في حلقة النقاش، هو أهمية تحييد التعليم عن النزاعات السياسية والعسكرية، إلى جانب ضرورة تقديم الدعم لمختلف الفئات العمرية ممن حُرموا/ن من التعلّم، عبر تنظيم برامج محو الأمية، والعمل على دعم قطاع التعليم.

Nextep and White Human Organization presented a film on the occasion of the International Day of Education

In recognition of the International Day of Education, NextStep and White Humanitarian Organization implemented an event, and a film screening, followed by a panel discussion, on 01/23/2025, at NextStep's office in Qamishli.

The film, which focuses on the name (First Class), is inspired by a true story, of a ninety-year-old man from Kenya, who decided to finish reading the book, despite the challenges that effectively target him.

After the film ended, he participated in a panel discussion, which focused on the most important obstacles facing education in Syria in general, the utmost importance of investing in education, and the right of everyone to always learn.

Among the commitments made by the participants in the panel discussion, is the importance of neutralizing education from political and military groups, in addition to providing support to age groups of those who have been deprived of it forever, by organizing illiteracy modification programs, and thus supporting the education sector.

قامت منظمة وايت الإنسانية بالتعاون مع مركز المستشار بتنفيذ جلسة حول "خلفية تحليل البيانات" وشرح أهميتها في عمل منظمات المجتمع المدني

تم تنفيذ الجلسة في مقر مركز المستشار في مدينة القامشلي

وذلك بإشراف المدربة // هيلين اليوسف//

استهدفت الجلسة 7 متدربين من أعضاء المنظمة

White Human Organization, in cooperation with the Al Mustashar Center, implemented a session on the “background of data analysis” and explained its importance in the work of civil society organizations.

The session was held at the headquarters of Al Mustashar Center in the city of Qamishli

Under the supervision of trainer Helen Al-Youssef.

The session targeted 7 trainees from the organization's members

عقدت منظمة وايت الإنسانية جلسة توعوية بإشراف المدربة" نجبير خليل " عن التلوث البيئي والأضرار الناجمة عنه 

تناولت الجلسة الأسباب المؤدية إلى حدوث التلوث البيئي وطرح الحلول الواجب إتباعها في التوعية المجتمعية للحد من ظاهرة التلوث البيئي    وسط مشاركة فعالة وتبادل للآراء بين الحضور والمدربة

White Human Organization held an  awareness session under the supervision of trainer “Najber Khalil “ on environmental pollution and its resulting damage.

The session addressed the causes of environmental pollution and proposed solutions that should be followed in community awareness to reduce the phenomenon of environmental pollution.

There was active participation and exchange of opinions between the attendees and the trainer.

White Human Organization held a social dialogue session titled “Unemployment “ under the supervision of trainer “Joan Hasso” .

The session addressed the issue of unemployment,its concept,causes,and appropriate solutions to tackle this problem,with an exchange of opinions and discussions between the attendees and the trainer.

White Humanitarian Organization held an awareness-raising dialogue session under the supervision of trainer “Joanna Mahmoud “on the impact of social media on individuals and society as a whole.

The session discussed the positive and negative of social media,with active participation and exchange of opinions between the attendees and the trainer.

تناولت الجلسة أسباب التهجير وعواقبه والحلول المناسبة للتخفيف من آثار التهجير القسري وسط مشاركة وتبادل الآراء بين الحضور 

White Humanitarian Organization held a dialogue session entitled “Forced Displacement “under the supervision of trainer and informativ (Lailouz Badri). The session discussed the causes and consequences of forced displacement, as well as appropriate solutions to mitigate its effects, with participation and exchange of opinions among the attendees.

بإشراف المدربة (ريواز عيسى) الحاصلة على شهادات في التنمية البشرية

تناولت الجلسة محاضرة ونقاش بين الحضور حول ظاهرة التنمر و أنواعها و أسبابها و وضع حلول لها و كيفية امتصاص هذة  الظاهرة من قبل الفرد و المجتمع 

Part of the awareness-raising dialogue session at the headquarters of the White Humanitarian Organization Titled "Bullying" Under the supervision of the trainer (Riwaz Issa), who holds certificates in human development. The session dealt with a lecture and discussion among the attendees about the phenomenon of bullying, its types and causes, solutions to it, and how to absorb this phenomenon by the individual and society.

A health awareness session was held at the headquarters of the White Humanitarian Organization under the title: “ Arteriosclerosis “, supervised by Dr.Mohammad Khalil, a specialist in heart diseases. The session discussed the symptoms and conditions of arteriosclerosis, as well as to prevent it.
